About Providence University
In answering to the recent national south bound policy of Taiwan, we’re reaching out to the institution in Thailand and intensify the collaboration. It is our sincere hope that Providence University could host the short-term study in Taiwan for students from Thailand. Providence University is a Catholic co-educational institution that was founded in 1956 by an American congregation: the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, USA. It is currently sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Taichung. Providence University is one of the prominent educational institutions in Taiwan, with 22 departments, 19 graduate programs, two Ph.D. programs, 5 EMBA programs, and one Chinese Language Education Center. We currently have approximate 12,000 undergraduate students, 1,200 postgraduate students and 400 full-time faculties. PU offers fully taught English program in International Business Administration (BIBA) as well as Graduate International Program (MBA). Furthermore, PU provides programs and courses which are taught in English in the field of Science and information Science.
Goals of the Program
(1) The program “Discovering Authentic Taiwan –Mandarin Language Program “is supported and arranged by International College of Providence University. Through the short-term cultural program and practical experience PU may present, we hope that Thai students will gain more attention and interest about Taiwan by introducing them the most attractive National Parks and various foods around Taiwan.
(2) The main BENEFITES of the program:
- Through hands-on experience to Explore Taiwan culture and tourism.
- Discovering Taiwan aboriginal.
- Visiting Famous Taiwan companies.
- Learning mandarin language.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีอายุระหว่าง 17 – 22 ปี
- มีสถานะเป็นนักเรียนหรือนักศึกษา เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.5 ขึ้นไป
- ที่สนใจศึกษาต่อที่ประเทศไต้หวันในระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโท

- Passport หนังสือเดินทาง ที่มีอายุเหลือ 1 ปีขึ้นไป

**หากผู้ที่ถูกคัดเลือกไม่ติดต่อกลับหรือไม่สามารถให้คำตอบได้ภายในวันที่ 17 กันยายน 2017 ทางเราจะโอนสิทธิ์ให้เเก่ผู้สมัครที่อยู่ในWaiting list ตามลำดับ
